•  Account Registration: To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.
•  Modification of Terms: MyThrifted.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued website use after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

•  Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the pre-loved, vintage, and thrifted products available on MyThrifted.com. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, prices, or other content available on the website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor imperfections are normal for thrifted items.
•  Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices, introduce promotions, and offer discounts at our discretion.
•  Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on MyThrifted.com for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Payments and Shipping

•  Payment Methods: We accept standard payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All payments must be made at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
•  Shipping: We ship products to addresses within India. Our standard shipping time is 7 to 12 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen logistical issues.
•  Risk of Loss: All items purchased from MyThrifted.com are made under a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Exchanges

•  Return Policy: Due to the nature of thrifted items, we only accept returns for items that are genuinely defective upon arrival. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing video proof.
•  Exchanges Only (No Refunds): We currently do not offer direct refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Please review our full Return and Exchange Policy page for detailed instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

•  Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: (a) violating any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringing upon the rights of others; (c) using our website for fraudulent purposes; (d) transmitting harmful code or (e) interfering with the operation of the website.
•  User Content: If you submit or post any content (e.g., reviews, comments) on MyThrifted.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content.
